Our monastery is a spiritual well for the Taita-Taveta community and beyond. While we live in the silence of the cloister, our mission is loud in its devotion: we transform every breath and every prayer into a plea for the healing of the sick, the comfort of the broken, and the guidance of the lost. We believe that in a world that never stops moving, stillness is the most powerful form of action.
